A service organized around consultation

iThriveMD presents sermorelin as one part of its longevity and hormone-related care. Its treatment page describes online intake, clinical consultation with diagnostic information, treatment in a clinic or at home when eligible, and ongoing follow-up. A free consultation is offered as the entry point, but that should not be assumed to make all subsequent clinical services free.

This review examines the provider's public treatment and pricing documentation. We have not attended a clinic, tested its remote consultation process or confirmed access for every location. Readers should establish whether the proposed service is available where they live and which clinician would remain responsible for their care.

Four payment choices to unpack

The rendered page lists a $249 monthly plan and lower equivalents for longer commitments: $224.10 for three months, $211.65 for six months and $199.20 for twelve months. It says the longer plans are billed at those intervals while medication is shipped monthly. The amounts therefore need to be read alongside the billing labels.

Multiplying the equivalents by the respective periods gives $672.30, $1,269.90 and $2,390.40 before any additional charges. These are calculations from the published schedule, not independently completed checkout totals. Ask for the actual invoice, included services and renewal terms, rather than assuming the annual option charges only $199.20 today.

What the care description leaves open

iThriveMD discusses diagnostic labs and tracking progress, which makes follow-up part of the advertised service model. The treatment page does not provide enough detail to establish exactly which tests, consultations or reassessments are included in each price. Request that breakdown before using the displayed number as an all-in budget.

Also ask how a change in the prescription affects future shipments and any prepaid balance. A monthly delivery schedule does not necessarily permit monthly cancellation of an annual commitment. The clinical plan, the pharmacy order and the billing agreement may operate on different dates, so all three belong in the discussion.

Read the hormone claims with care

The site markets sermorelin around sleep, recovery, muscle tone and aging. We have not independently verified those outcomes for its finished preparation or its patients. Broad descriptions of hormone changes with age should not become a diagnosis of growth-hormone deficiency for every person with fatigue, poor sleep or changing body composition.

The Endocrine Society describes individualized evaluation when adult growth-hormone deficiency is suspected. Its guideline concerns diagnosis and treatment of that condition; it is not a blanket endorsement of an anti-aging program. Ask what is being evaluated, why sermorelin is proposed and what alternatives might address the same concern.

Historical approval is a separate issue

iThriveMD's FAQ mentions Geref's historical FDA approval and current compounding. The FDA record makes a narrower point than a general approval of modern wellness use: historical products had specified indications, and current compounded preparations do not inherit their approval. Review the actual formulation and regulatory status with the prescriber.

The provider adds a useful clinic and follow-up perspective to this comparison, with more visible billing choices than an unspecified starting offer. Its unresolved details concern the complete care bill and longer-term exit conditions. A written estimate tied to the proposed prescription is the practical next step before deciding whether a discounted commitment makes sense.

Useful distinctions

  • Four billing intervals published
  • Consultation and monitoring pathway described
  • Shipment interval distinguished from billing

Limitations to weigh

  • Lab and visit inclusions need confirmation
  • Longer plans require more upfront commitment
  • Availability and clinical outcomes not independently tested
