The plan length drives the advertised rate
Maximus displays three growth-hormone peptide tiers: $299.99 per month for one month, $274.99 per month for a two-month plan and $199.99 per month for six months. It also says pricing varies with dose, plan length and, slightly, state. The lowest displayed monthly amount therefore belongs to the longest displayed commitment, not every prescription offered by the service.
Six months at $199.99 equals $1,199.94 before any unlisted costs. That multiplication describes a rate across a period; the page does not by itself settle whether the whole amount is collected immediately or on installments.
A category page needs a named prescription
The reviewed page covers growth-hormone peptides and discusses both sermorelin and tesamorelin. Its shared plan presentation should not be read as a promise that every medicine, state and dose has the same price. Before paying, obtain a confirmation that names the exact peptide and formulation being prescribed.
This distinction also matters when reading the comparison table. A category label such as “growth hormone peptides” is not an interchangeable drug name. Evidence or an approved indication associated with tesamorelin cannot simply be reassigned to a sermorelin prescription.
Supply information is comparatively detailed
Maximus describes liquid-filled vials that do not require reconstitution and says needles, syringes, alcohol pads and shipping are included. It lists a standard supply and a different California presentation. These details may help a patient understand what arrives, but the individualized pharmacy label and prescriber's directions govern actual use.
Confirm the quantity and expected days of supply in the order you receive. A page calling a vial a 28-day supply should not silently become a calendar month in a yearly budget. Ask how the company reconciles refills, billing and any remaining medication.
Testing language does not mean every test is included
The page highlights before-and-after IGF-1 testing through Maximus Labs and physician-led monitoring. “Available” testing and testing included in the subscription are different terms. A useful quote names the required laboratory work, the first test date, the follow-up interval and who receives the laboratory bill.
Maximus also makes pharmacy and independent-testing claims. Those are provider representations, not an inspection or laboratory audit performed by this publication. Request the dispensing pharmacy and relevant documentation if those factors affect your decision, and distinguish quality-control evidence from proof of clinical benefit.
The questions behind a longer commitment
Ask what happens to the unused portion of a two- or six-month arrangement if a clinician stops treatment, you cannot tolerate it or eligibility changes. Clarify whether financing creates obligations separate from the clinical subscription. The public page's rate tiers do not answer those contract questions.
Maximus may appeal to readers who want a clearly described supply process and tiered plans. Its value depends on the final prescription and the complete commitment, not the lowest tier alone. Compounded products remain unapproved by the FDA, and promotional comparisons with hormone replacement do not establish a personal safety advantage.
Useful distinctions
- Three visible plan-length tiers
- Supplies and liquid-filled presentation described
- Testing pathway described
Limitations to weigh
- Lowest rate requires six-month plan
- Shared category price needs prescription confirmation
- Billing schedule and laboratory charges need clarification
