A package price with a defined period

GobyMeds lists its sermorelin injection at $199 for four weeks or $399 for twelve weeks. Although the selection headings use one-month and three-month language, the published week counts are the more precise description of the offer. We preserve them so readers do not mistake a four-week package for a guaranteed calendar-month supply.

The twelve-week option is presented as $133 per month, which is consistent with dividing its total by three. That is an equivalent for comparison, not the amount of the first payment. A person selecting the longer option should expect to confirm the full $399 charge and the exact prescription before deciding whether the commitment fits.

Included items and one-time billing

The provider describes online medical review, follow-up support, medication, syringes, alcohol swabs and refrigerated shipping as included. It also states that the purchase is made once, ships once and has no automatic renewal or membership fee. Those features describe the advertised package rather than results from our own order or consultation.

Ask whether any laboratory testing or additional assessment could create a separate expense. Also establish how a subsequent order works if the clinician recommends continuing care. The absence of a recurring charge can make the purchase easier to budget, but it does not remove future costs or guarantee that another prescription will be issued.

The pharmacy specification is still essential

The injectable requires preparation and handling according to the dispensing pharmacy's instructions. A generic product review cannot establish the appropriate concentration, volume or administration schedule for an individual. We do not reproduce reconstitution instructions or derive a regimen from the price, the package period or another provider's vial.

Before fulfillment, identify the pharmacy, quantity and storage requirements, including the beyond-use date that applies to the dispensed preparation. Refrigerated shipping describes transport, not every later handling condition. Ask how to report a shipment that arrives damaged or outside the stated temperature conditions and who will decide whether a replacement is needed.

Evidence for the advertised purpose

GobyMeds identifies this sermorelin product as compounded and not FDA-approved. Its marketing discusses sleep, recovery and other wellness goals. We have not established those outcomes in an independent study of this finished injection, and a biological explanation of growth-hormone signaling is not a measurement of patient benefit.

Historical Geref approval concerns earlier products with specified uses. It does not automatically apply to a current compounded injection or to a broad anti-aging program. Readers should ask the clinician what is being assessed, how the proposed benefit will be evaluated and what alternative approaches may address the same concern.

Compare the commitment as well as the number

The longer package reduces the advertised cost per stated period but increases the upfront payment. Ask what happens to an order if screening does not support treatment, if a prescription changes or if the patient cannot continue. An eligibility-refund statement should not be treated as a promise that dispensed medication can always be returned.

GobyMeds' injection adds a reasonably well-defined commercial option to the register: two complete package prices and several named inclusions. Its comparison should remain attached to those facts. The decision about whether to use sermorelin, for what purpose and for how long belongs in the clinical assessment rather than in a price-based selection alone.
